These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to your use of this website (the “Site”) and to communications between you and OxFit LLC DBA OxFit (“OxFit,” “the Company,” “we,” “us”), a gym located in the Grant Park neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia. By using this Site, submitting an application or booking form, or texting us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

OxFit uses text messaging (SMS) to communicate with prospective and current members. This section describes how the program works.

How you opt in

You consent to receive text messages from OxFit when you do any of the following:

• provide your phone number on our online application or booking form on this Site;
• give us your phone number in person, over the phone, or by email and ask us to contact you;
• send a text message to our business number first.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or membership. You can apply, book, or join without agreeing to receive texts — just tell us you prefer email or phone calls.

What we text about

Messages from OxFit are conversational and customer-care in nature. They may include:

• replies to your application or inquiry;
• scheduling, confirmations, and reminders for your intro consultation or sessions;
• membership and billing questions;
• occasional updates or offers from the gym, if you have opted in.

Message frequency, rates, and delivery

• Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
• Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier under your plan.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability.

How to opt out

You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed. After you send STOP, we may send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. To re-join, reply START or give us your consent again.

Your mobile information is not shared

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
